We are delighted to be able to welcome back our customers to Seasons of Alnwick. Our highest priority is to make sure our customers feel safe and reassured in the knowledge that we have clear processes in place following Government guidance on cleanliness and social distancing. We have conducted a thorough risk assessment of our shop and taken the appropriate measures and controls to minimise the risk from COVID-19.
When you enter the shop you will find hand sanitiser, masks, gloves and paper towels for your use, there is also a basket to discard these on exit.
There is a maximum of three people allowed in the shop at any one time with a one-way system in place, directional arrows show the direction to follow. We ask that all customers keep to a safe distance at all times, especially when queuing.
A maximum of 2 garments per customer are allowed to be taken into the changing room, any unwanted garments are to be left behind in the changing room. All unwanted garments will be placed in the back room and quarantined for two days, steam cleaned and then returned to the shop.
If the customer is purchasing the garment, they must carry the garment to the checkout area.
The changing room is cleaned after every customer along with any surfaces they may have come into contact with.
All staff wear masks and safety visors and wash their hands regularly after every purchase.
Only one garment of any particular style will be allowed on the rail at any one time.
